How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within a working day. I read messages myself rather than routing them through a team, so replies come when I am at a desk rather than instantly. If something is urgent, a phone call gets to me faster than a form.
Is the audit really free?
Yes, and you keep the written document either way. There is no obligation attached to it and no invoice at the end. It exists because it is the only honest way for either of us to know whether the work is worth doing.
What should I include in my first message?
Your website, your city, and the problem in your own words. That is genuinely enough to start. If you have Search Console or GA4 access to share later, that speeds up the audit, but do not hold off writing until you have gathered everything.
Do you take on every enquiry?
No. The client list is kept small on purpose so each project gets real attention. If I am at capacity, or if your problem is better solved by someone else, I will tell you plainly instead of stringing it out.
Where does the form send my message?
Straight to WhatsApp, prefilled. Nothing is stored on this website and nothing is passed to a third party tool. You see exactly what is being sent before you send it, and you can edit it first.
